I asked my always filled jalapeno pepper.

Approximately one pound of jalapeno pepper sliced long ways in half. Remove seeds with a spoon (I always use rubber gloves because it burns your hands). Rolled in the heart of cheese and bacon. Bake at 400 for 1 hour. Simple and so beautiful.
