Having an abortion is not so many questions, why it happened. Has anyone had cervical dysplasia and had a successful pregnancy? Or maybe more of a miscarriage, if you have a mild cervical dysplasia?

There are no studies or evidence for their concerns. I am sorry for your loss, but not healthy to think in those terms.
If you have cervical dysplasia, you should make for a colposcopy and biopsy, you are good.
I was with CD at the beginning of my pregnancy and even if it is diagnosed a difficult pregnancy, with some problems which released a healthy child.
