Sugar is not really a problem if you have diabetes. It is empty calories, but does not cause diabetes or other diseases. It does not matter if you eat little bits all day and splurge on a big piece of chocolate cake in the evening.

What do you do with the natural sugar in fruit? What foods are rich in carbohydrates, the digestion of sugar?

Everything in moderation - even sugar!

I totally agree with Nocca (first poster), that consumption of sugar, not much will you give the diabetes. If you are a healthy non-diabetic patients, no amount of sugar you can get diabetes. Yes, you can be thick and can increase the risk, but the sugar itself is not dangerous, unless a response to glucose. No.

That is, I agree with this Nocca: "Whether you eat little bits all day and splurge on a big piece of chocolate cake in the night." It is irrelevant in relation to sugar in the blood, it is not diabetic, but as far as nutrition is concerned, is better distributed in foods throughout the day. If you are diabetic, have hampered the blood sugar to the roof. If you are just a diet, so that enough time to burn for one day, rather than all at once.
